Our client, a rapidly growing wellness brand, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead their paid influencer and content strategy. This role offers the chance to shape the brand's creative direction while working closely with the Co‑Founders and Head of Growth to scale digital performance and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise the in‑house paid influencer program to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and influencers, ensuring high‑quality content production.
- Analyse and report on influencer performance, measuring impact on brand visibility and sales.
- Oversee commissioning and management of freelance content creators, videographers, and editors.
- Develop and execute a strategic content distribution plan across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
