The Role

- Lead the team in delivering measurable results across key metrics.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on social media trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a talented team of social media specialists, fostering a collaborative, innovative and high-performing environment.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all social media content, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and audience trends.
- Communicate performance data and insights to clients and internal teams, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.

The Person
- Ideally at least 6 years of experience leading high-impact social media campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of social media strategy and execution.
