One of the leading consultancies in the corporate communications space, this company has been around for over 20 years and built up a very strong reputation and a client roster that includes many of the FTSE 250. This is a brand new hire for the agency as they move into a new phase of growth.
Your focus will be on unearthing untapped revenue from the current client base – building a new business strategy, driving client development projects and delivering sustainable growth across their core offerings. Naturally, you’ll also be expected to generate a pipeline of new business too, driving pitch and proposal responses.
The perfect candidate will have experience in investor engagement, ESG, corporate branding, corporate websites and brand strategy. You must also have significant experience in agency side business development and client growth. Central to the success of this role will be your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including client services, strategy, marketing and the SLT. You will be a valued voice in the Senior Leadership Team and play a vital role in driving the next chapter of growth.
Inheriting a team of 3 people, including business development and marketing, you’ll also need to demonstrate your abilities in leadership, mentorship and coaching.
Key Requirements:
- c.10 years in agency side BD
- Experience in harvesting opportunities from existing accounts

- Experience in the key sectors (corporate comms etc)
The agency is based in E1 and has a hybrid policy of 3 office days and 2 from home.
