They’re on the lookout for a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join their London team. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with a passion for entertainment marketing and a strong portfolio showcasing pitch presentations, digital content, brand experiences, and campaign assets—covering AV, key art, social media, and more.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creative Direction: Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing materials, from pitch decks to large-scale promotional campaigns.
- Presentation & Layout Design: Craft visually compelling presentations and sales materials for key entertainment industry partners.
- Brand & Marketing Assets: Design striking social media graphics, print collateral, and retail promotional materials.
- Experiential & Environmental Design: Develop immersive brand experiences through innovative visual storytelling.
- Project Management: Work closely with clients to translate briefs into actionable design strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of designers, overseeing the creative process and ensuring best-in-class design output.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years in a creative agency or in-house studio, specifically within entertainment marketing.
- Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
- Presentation Software: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with commercial insight, crafting campaigns that deliver impact.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams, providing mentorship, and upholding creative excellence.
