What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high-performing static paid social ads from scratch
- Creating animated ads using After Effects
- Producing performance-led creative for paid media campaigns
- Developing UGC-style assets optimised for social platforms
- Collaborating closely with marketing and performance teams
- Adapting creative for different social placements and formats
- Iterating and refining ads based on performance feedback
Must have:
- Previous experience working as a Paid Social Designer or Performance Designer
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects & Premiere Pro
- Clear understanding of designing for conversion
Nice to have:
- Experience within financial services or another regulated sector, as this will help with awareness of compliance copy placement
