Freelance Account/Project Manager – £275 per day – Remote – B2B brand experience
Profiles Creative are hiring a remote account manager on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 3 months to support a brand experience agency in the B2B Tech space. Projects will involve the delivery of webinars, live events and activations, so you\’ll need to have knowledge of B2B experiences. We require someone 4 days a week minimum, so please apply if you are immediately available and can commit to this.
The Role:
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Foster strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
Project Coordination: Lead weekly project calls to review progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Communication Management: Oversee all client communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and proper documentation. Maintain organized records accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Project Oversight: Track project timelines and budgets to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope. Proactively identify and address potential risks to delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with a production lead to jointly manage project execution and ensure client goals are met efficiently.
