Profiles Creative are hiring for a leading experiential agency in central London, seeking an Account Manager on the back of some impressive client wins. You'll have the opportunity to work with a major account in the sports industry, along with other clients that have a youth-culture audience.
The Role:
- Be the go-to for clients, building trusted partnerships and fully immersing yourself in their brands
- Drive the delivery of impactful campaigns β from live events and activations to integrated content projects
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, producers, and digital teams to make ideas happen
- Keep projects on track β managing timelines, budgets, and scope without compromising quality
- Oversee suppliers, venues, and freelancers to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor performance, gather insights, and constantly raise the bar
- Spot growth opportunities and support strategic planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
The Candidate:
- 2+ yearsβ experience in account management within an agency setting
- Solid understanding of experiential, event, and integrated marketing
- Proven understanding of experiential production and large multi-faceted events
