Profiles Creative are hiring for a leading experiential agency in central London, seeking an Account Manager on the back of some snazzy client wins. You'll have the opportunity to work with a key client in the sports industry, along with other clients that have a youth-culture audience. We're seeking someone with experiential agency experience.
The Role:
- Be the go-to for clients, building trusted partnerships and fully immersing yourself in their brands
- Drive the delivery of impactful campaigns – from live events and activations to integrated content projects
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, producers, and digital teams to make ideas happen
- Keep projects on track – managing timelines, budgets, and scope without compromising quality
- Oversee suppliers, venues, and freelancers to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor performance, gather insights, and constantly raise the bar
- Spot growth opportunities and support strategic planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
The Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in account management within an agency setting
- Solid understanding of experiential, event, and integrated marketing
- Clear, confident communication and exceptional organisation skills
- A cool head juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
- Passion for creativity and innovation – with eagle eyes for detail
- Skilled with budgets, project trackers, and client reporting
- A collaborative, can-do mindset – ready to solve challenges and keep things moving
This role would suit an account manager that has knowledge of the production process surrounding brand experience, events and activations.
