I am working with a leading global B2B events & experiential agency that’s looking to build their team with talented Senior Creative 3D Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing studio that creates immersive corporate brand event experiences, from custom exhibitions, booths and event environments to large-scale live activations. We’re looking for detail-focused technical designers with strong spatial awareness and a passion for bringing ideas to life — people who can balance creativity, functionality, and technical precision to deliver stand-out brand experiences.

Up to £55k basic Fully office based - Shoreditch

The Role
  • Design and develop 3D spatial designs for events, exhibition spaces, pop-ups and branded activation environments from concept through to delivery.
  • Produce high-quality 3D visuals, renders, and presentations for pitches and client reviews.
  • Translate client briefs and brand objectives into impactful, engaging spatial experiences.
  • Collaborate with project managers, producers, and build partners to ensure creative accuracy and technical feasibility.
  • Create technical drawings, floor plans, and build packs for production and installation.
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative design approaches across live events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Stay up to date with materials, finishes, and sustainable design trends in booth and event production.
The Person
  • Ideally at least 4+ years of 3D spatial design experience from backgrounds including Architecture, Interior Design & Events / Exhibition design.
  • Expert knowledge of 3D design software (e.g. Rhino, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender, or similar), plus (live) rendering engines (Unreal, Twinmotion, V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in CAD (ideally AutoCAD).
  • A solid understanding of spatial narrative, visitor engagement, and aesthetic consistency.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. You can confidently articulate your designs to fellow team members, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects with consistency and precision.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable within a fast-paced company environment.
