A fast-growing consumer technology brand is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join its marketing team. This role will lead the creation of high-quality, performance-driven creative across digital and print channels, playing a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across all customer touchpoints.
The role:
- Design and deliver campaign assets across email, paid and organic social, landing pages and print.
- Own the execution of the marketing calendar, delivering creative aligned to channel and performance goals.
- Maintain and evolve a scalable marketing design system in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with retention, acquisition and product design teams to translate strategy and insight into effective creative.
- Act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
- Present creative concepts and execution to stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale.
- Mentor junior designers and manage freelance support when required.
- Support localisation across multiple international markets.
What weβre looking for:
- Strong experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop).
- A portfolio demonstrating impactful digital marketing design, especially across email, social and campaign assets.
- Experience working in-house or within a creative agency environment.
- A strong understanding of performance-driven design and customer behaviour.
- Confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring designers or managing freelancers.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing for multiple languages and regions.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or 3D design.
