Profiles Creative is partnering exclusively with a female-led, boutique, full-service experiential agency to find an Experiential Account Manager who thrives on delivering standout brand experiences and building strong client relationships. This agency is known for creating culturally relevant, insight-driven live experiences across brand activations, pop-ups, immersive installations and integrated campaigns (B2C & B2B). They pride themselves on collaboration, creativity and doing things differently.

As Experiential Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients, creatives and production teams, owning projects from brief through to delivery. You’ll manage multiple experiential campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end experiential projects, from initial briefing through to live delivery
  • Acting as the main day-to-day client contact, building trusted and long-lasting relationships
  • Translating client objectives into clear creative and production briefs
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to bring ideas to life
  • Overseeing timelines, creative, production, delivery, budgets and staffing across live events and activations
  • Supporting on pitches and proposals with strategic and creative input
  • Being hands-on onsite during live experiences when required

  • Proven experience in an experiential or live activation agency environment
  • Strong account management skills with confidence managing multiple projects
  • A solid understanding of experiential production processes
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • A genuine passion for live experiences, culture and creativity
