Profile Creative is partnering with a leading experiential agency specialising in youth culture marketing, to find an exceptional Account Director. This agency creates culturally relevant live experiences, tours and unique activations across tech and retail brands, working with organisations that want real connection rather than surface-level trends. This is a senior role for someone who understands how culture moves — and how to translate that into meaningful experiential strategy and account growth.

The Role

As Account Director, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships while shaping strategy and delivery across major experiential campaigns. You’ll work closely with creative and production teams to ensure ideas are culturally credible, commercially sound and flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow senior client relationships as a trusted strategic partner
  • Oversee experiential campaigns from initial brief through to live delivery
  • Ensure work is insight‑led, culturally relevant and audience‑first
  • Manage budgets, scopes, timelines and resourcing
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production and partnerships teams
  • Mentor account team members and help elevate agency standards
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and new business

About You

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within experiential, creative or culture‑led agencies
  • Strong understanding of youth culture and how brands authentically engage with it
  • Confident presenting strategy and creative ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with experience managing complex budgets
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
  • Passionate about culture, experiences and what’s next

This is a pivotal role in the team, reporting into their CSD. Experienced AD's are preferred for the level of role/expectations, but if you’re a SAM that really stands out, we’re open to hearing from you.
