Profiles Creative are proud to be working with an award-winning London-based creative agency to find an exceptional Studio Production Co‑ordinator to sit at the heart of their studio. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to creativity — keeping projects moving, teams aligned, and productions running seamlessly across design, content and shoots. You’ll be the person who knows what’s happening, where it’s happening, who’s doing it, and what they need to do their best work.
The Role
You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects — from briefing and ideation support through to pre‑production, shoot logistics, post‑production, design traffic and final delivery. You’ll manage studio workflow and creative traffic, maintain clear processes, unblock challenges, track deadlines, and ensure the right people are on the right projects at the right time. Working closely with creatives, producers, editors, freelancers, clients and the wider agency team, you’ll act as both organiser and enabler — combining operational excellence with a strong understanding of creative production.

- Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, suppliers and locations
- Book studio kit, rentals and shoot locations, securing permissions as required
- Maintain and manage the freelancer database and bookings
- Creative Process Support
- Participate in ideation sessions and support concept development
- Assist with light scripting and content shaping where useful
- Ensure briefs are clear, structured and adhered to throughout production
- Team & Communication
- Act as a central point of communication between creative, production and client teams
- Lead check‑ins, run timelines and maintain delivery confidence
- Build strong, trusted relationships across disciplines

- Comfortable using project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with production tools is a bonus
- Helpful but not essential: basic Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) for file handling and review
Soft Skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to bring clarity and prioritisation to busy studio environments
- Calm under pressure, solutions‑focused and adaptable
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate needs between teams
- Comfortable balancing creative ambition with production realities
