E-Commerce Manager – PPC Focus

In this role, the successful candidate will take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across a range of platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The primary focus will be on driving high-quality traffic, improving conversion rates, and ultimately increasing revenue. The E-Commerce Manager will work collaboratively with teams across marketing, sales, and product to ensure that PPC activity is fully aligned with broader business objectives.

PPC Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement PPC strategies to support e-commerce growth across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage, optimise, and scale paid search and display campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Carry out keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to continuously refine performance.

Performance Optimisation

  • Conduct regular audits of PPC campaigns and adjust tactics based on data trends and insights.
  • Use customer behaviour data to build segmented audiences, ad groups, and retargeting strategies.
  • Manage PPC budgets across multiple channels, ensuring spend is optimised for maximum return.
  • Set realistic PPC goals and forecasts based on past performance and market conditions.

At least three years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC.

Demonstrable experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.

Highly organised, with strong project management abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Results-driven, with a proven ability to deliver performance-based outcomes.
