Our client is one of the UK's leading app and technology companies with a range of successful wellness apps focused on positively impacting people’s lives. They boast over 15 million combined downloads, leading the ratings in their sector.

The CRM Executive is the first CRM hire in the marketing team, so this is a brilliant opportunity to forge your career and build the role around you. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of their CRM strategies, helping to deliver data-driven campaigns.

The focus will be on collaborating with team members across the company to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention, playing a key role in growing the CRM platform, supporting technical setup and creative execution.

Overview of your key responsibilities:

  • Campaign execution: you will set up and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) from planning and creating content through to testing, launching and reporting.
  • Test and learn strategies: you will monitor and analyse campaign performance using engagement and conversion metrics - develop A/B tests and data-driven strategies to improve results.
  • Customer engagement: You will leverage data to build audience segments, personalise communications and support automation strategies.
  • Content creation: You will write clear, compelling copy for emails, product updates, newsletters and blog or social content.

The dream candidate will have experience in a CRM focused role, with a passion for technology, research and analysis. You must be familiar with CRM platforms and marketing tools for planning and executing campaigns. We will also need to see strong analytical skills and evidence that you can interpret data to inform decision making. Coupled with strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.

You will work 4 days a week (some flex on this) in their stunning Shoreditch office and you will have the opportunity to work alongside the entrepreneurs and developers of innovative app technology. Interviews are in 3 stages – first being a call, 2nd being a skills based task and the 3rd in person with the Founder/CEO.
