Salesforce Data & Technology Solutions Lead
This role will involve setting the vision for the organization’s use of data, through data design, to meet business needs – with a key focus on owning and developing the Salesforce platform. The Data & Technology Solutions Lead must be comfortable working with partial or assumed information, high levels of change and often fluid requirements. The mix of good technical skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple senior level stakeholders is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce ownership across the business – Data/Admin/Development, working closely with the Salesforce dev agency.
- Design data solutions that support long‑term business development.
- Develop data management projects that support long‑term growth.
- Design/maintain a data infrastructure to support future development.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.
- Define the data architecture framework, standards, data flows and principles.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the company.
- Build effective relationships with senior staff to advance the data agenda.
- Help maintain the integrity and security of the company’s data.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar data‑led role (in‑house or agency) with solid Salesforce experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power BI reporting, and understanding of Dataverse structure.
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Highly motivated and passionate data professional who collaborates across disciplines, business units, and architecture domains.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences, able to craft narratives and visualizations.
- Passion for driving innovation, thought leadership, hunger for learning, and critical thinking.
- Creative and analytical ability to solve business problems.
