Our client is a well known travel brand with city centre offices. They are looking for a Creative Studio & Traffic Coordinator for six months.

The role will report into the Creative Planner who you will be support day to day. This will encompass:

Updating Asana with new and existing projects to track progress and manage deadlines

Ensuring resource is allocated to creative projects

Updating internal stakeholders in brand and marketing on the progress of their projects

Ensuring creative briefs and accurate and thorough before they are shared with the creative team

Onboarding and supporting freelancers to ensure they are able to deliver projects efficiently

Our client is looking for someone:

Highly organised and meticulous with excellent attention to detail

Able to work quickly in an environment where priorities are ever changing

Experience working in an administrative or project management led role

A desire to work within creative and marketing - commercial experience or relevant education is a bonus!

Based in Manchester city centre, the brand work two days per week in the office three days remotely. This role is a six month contract with the potential to extend.
