We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to join a fast-paced, collaborative in-house creative team working across international markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape visual and audio content across multiple platforms, helping bring engaging campaigns to life within the health, wellness, and nutrition sector.
You’ll be a key part of a vibrant team that values openness, creativity, and collaboration, working both in our on-site studio and with third-party partners to produce impactful visual content.
- Multimedia Design: Create high-quality, multi-channel content including video, audio, and motion graphics to support campaign messaging.
- Production: Set up and run video, podcast, and photo shoots for use across social platforms, websites, and internal communications.
- Post-Production: Edit footage with titles, graphics, animations, sound effects, and voiceovers to deliver polished final assets.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to storyboard and develop creative concepts for new campaigns.
- Visual Effects: Use VFX tools such as 3D rendering to elevate motion and video output.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines, including typography, color palette, tone, and style.
- Platform-Specific Content: Adapt assets for various formats including social media, websites, apps, and email.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, events, and other teams to ensure aligned, high-quality creative output.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of multimedia assets.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all output.
Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or Visual Effects. Proven experience in multimedia design, with a strong technical background in both audio and video production. Hands-on experience with media production including video shoots, podcasting, and photography. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant multimedia software. Familiarity with European markets and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences. Highly creative, collaborative, and open to feedback.
