Profiles Creative has partnered with one of the fastest-growing FMCG brands in the UK and US. Operating within the nutrition and healthcare space for newborns, babies and toddlers, the business has experienced exceptional growth and is now recognised as a category-leading global brand. As part of its next phase of expansion, the company is looking to appoint a visionary Creative Director to build and lead its creative function. This is a newly created role with the opportunity to shape the brand's creative future from the ground up.
We're looking for a Creative Director who combines big-picture creative thinking with exceptional execution. Someone who can create world-class brand experiences across every touchpoint, from branding and packaging through to e-commerce, social, digital campaigns, retail and beyond. You'll have experience working with globally recognised brands and know what it takes to build creative that cuts through in highly competitive consumer markets. This role offers genuine autonomy and influence. You'll define the creative vision, establish best-in-class processes, build and mentor an in-house team, and ensure every piece of creative work reflects the ambition of a business with significant international growth plans.
