Profiles Creative are hiring for a leading media agency that is looking for an experienced operations manager within their content team, driving team efficiency for multiple projects from brief to activation for a large key account. You will attend weekly briefs directly with the client and multiple dynamic teams to ensure media delivery across at least 17 markets is smooth and effective. This role is hybrid remote in London, with 2 days in the office.

The Role:

  • Lead the prioritization of content briefs in collaboration with the client and the content team to maximise impact and efficiency.
  • Oversee media production plans to ensure seamless alignment between creative and media strategies.
  • Drive visibility and coordination of content briefs across planning, local, and activation teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Partner with the content team to track production progress and swiftly resolve any blockers or issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to content management processes across all production and activation workflows.
  • Champion the correct use of templates and tools while onboarding and supporting new team members.
  • Continuously seek and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and delivery speed.
  • Foster strong collaboration and alignment across local markets to maintain cohesion and momentum.

  • Proven experience in managing production workflows that bring media plans to life.
  • Skilled at overseeing the full production lifecycle from briefing through to activation.
  • Help shape and streamline production processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Confident in using content management systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of media channels and key formats across major platforms.
  • Proactive self-starter who works well independently and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
