Profiles Creative are partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting creator marketing agencies to find a visionary Client & Influencer Marketing Lead. This is a rare opportunity to take a senior role at the heart of culture, sport and influence — leading influencer and talent campaigns for major brands. You’ll bring creative flair, strategic expertise, and a deep understanding of the creator economy to deliver work that cuts through and captures attention nationwide.
The Role:
- Lead the strategy, development and execution of innovative influencer and talent-led campaigns.
- Oversee the delivery of high-profile, multi-channel campaigns that combine culture, content and talent.
- Shape and inspire a high-performing team across creative, partnerships, and campaign management.
- Build and nurture enduring client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and lead contact.
- Cast, negotiate, and manage partnerships with top creators and athletes across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets, ensuring commercial effectiveness and maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams in production, creative and strategy to deliver seamless, high-quality campaigns.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, talent movements, and emerging opportunities across the influencer and sports marketing landscape.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience leading social, influencer or talent-led campaigns — ideally across sport, entertainment, or culture.
- Strong client-facing expertise with a track record of building trusted, long-term relationships.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity, budget management and ROI.
- Established relationships with creators, agents and talent managers across platforms.
- A passion for sport, talent and big cultural ideas — and the ambition to help build a market-leading creator marketing offering.
This is a leadership role for someone who lives and breathes influencer communication, thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about sport (particularly football) and knows how to deliver campaigns that make an impact.
