Profiles Creative are working with an integrated communications agency who are looking for a Senior Creative to join their London team. This is a hands-on, execution-led position suited to a strong senior or experienced midweight who enjoys being close to the work. You’ll be shaping ideas, running projects end-to-end, managing shoots, and working directly with clients in fast-paced environments.
The Role
You’ll act as a senior creative lead across a portfolio of integrated client projects, developing ideas and bringing them to life across campaigns, content and activations. Working closely with account, PR, social, digital and production teams, you’ll ensure work is strategically strong, creatively sharp and delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation and campaign development across integrated projects
- Own projects from concept through production and delivery
- Manage shoots including pre-production, on-set delivery and post
- Present work confidently to clients and handle feedback constructively
- Ensure creative quality, consistency and craft across outputs
- Collaborate cross-discipline with internal teams to deliver integrated work
- Identify opportunities to add value beyond the brief
- Mentor and support junior and midweight creatives
