Profiles Creative are hiring for an integrated agency that specializes in retail & leisure. Our client is expanding into wider Europe and, on the back of winning new clients in this space, are seeking a Business Director to head up this division. You'll need to be fluent in French or German, as well as English.
The Role:
- Lead Client Services teams, encouraging them to push the boundaries and produce better work and results.
- New Client Acquisition - Contribute to winning new clients by identifying opportunities and converting business.
- Growing your clients - Identifying additional opportunities to grow margin and standing; selling in new projects and ideas to clients with passion and enthusiasm; working with Associate Director(s) and Senior Account Director(s) to drive account growth.
- Relationship building – Developing and maintaining strong personal relationships with senior client stakeholders so we are seen as a valued and respected member of their extended marketing team.
- Leading client meetings to understand client needs in extensive depth.
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French or German, as well as English.
- A multi-skilled marketer with demonstrable experience across the entire marketing mix – we’re talking ATL, BTL, TTL, Online and Offline.
- Our Client Services department is full of hands-on marketers, and we need our BDs to possess these skills too in order to coach and lead them.
- Retail, Leisure & Property marketing knowledge is a big plus, being able to hit the ground running with the clients you'll be working with.
- Ability to challenge client expectations/briefs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-lingual, senior marketeer that is strong client-facing, to drive a new division within an integrated agency.
