£40k (neg) plus generous commission.

Our client is a digital-first creative agency specialising in branding, design and advertising and has built an enviable collection of clients over the past 15 years. Their clients include the likes of Pukka Teas and Superdrug to Macmillan.

You’ll be working closely with the Founder in driving a new business strategy, building out a pipeline and owning growth for the agency. As well as proactive outreach, you’ll also manage inbound leads and oversee their social outreach strategy. We are keen to hear from passionate, proactive, and hands-on business developers who have some experience in a creative agency setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to roll up their sleeves and has a passion for driving business growth. You will be a crucial part of the agency and will collaborate and learn on a daily basis.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and market insights to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Creative Team: Work closely with the creatives to understand the service offering and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Manage and enhance: LinkedIn activity and social media outreach to drive engagement and attract new business.
  • Business Development: Run outbound email campaigns, reach out to potential clients, and build long-term relationships to expand our client base.

Your key strengths:

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Highly organised, with experience in managing sales pipelines and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of branding, design, and advertising.
  • Confident in executing outbound email campaigns and leveraging social media for sales growth.
