Are you a strategic, growth-focused leader ready to be part of a large, integrated agency network? As the Business Development Director, you’ll shape the growth journey, and develop and execute strategies that boost their profile and expand their reach. You'll work closely with internal teams and prospective clients to drive new business, grow existing relationships, and position them as a leading force in the employee engagement space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic, insight-driven business development plans
  • Cultivate client leads, build proposals, and achieve business growth targets
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Consultancy teams to drive growth
  • Represent the agency at industry events and build positive client relationships
  • Work with the broader network to maximize client value and opportunity

What you will need to bring

  • Expertise in demand generation and acquisition strategies across channels
  • A consultative, commercially targeted approach to business growth
  • Passion for employee engagement and confidence in industry trends
  • Strong people management and engaging presentation skills
  • The drive to manage multiple workstreams and establish meaningful client connections

Candidate Checklist

  • At least 7 years in a BD function within agencies
  • Able to talk with authority on all aspects of employee engagement
  • Comfortable with RFIs/RFPs, growth planning, creds meetings etc
  • A fantastic presenter!
