Profiles Creative are working with a full-service experience marketing agency to find a talented 2D Creative Designer to join their vibrant and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a conceptual designer who thrives in an agency setting and is passionate about bringing brands to life across both digital and physical environments. You will play a key role in producing compelling visual narratives that cut through the noise and leave a lasting impact.
Please note: This role requires candidates to work onsite in South London 4 days a week. You must have a portfolio that showcases experience in events and experiential design.
The Role
You will be an integral part of the creative team, contributing across the full design process β from research and ideation to final execution. Working closely with the creative director, wider creative and event teams, and a trusted network of freelancers, you will craft immersive 2D designs that elevate experiences for a wide range of global brands. Whether itβs digital content, social campaigns, live events, brand activations, or large-format environmental graphics, your work will always be rooted in strategic thinking and sharp attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support concept development, moodboarding, sketching, and art direction
- Design across digital (web, mobile, social) and physical (event branding, signage, print) formats
- Translate visitor journeys into visual storytelling with a keen eye for UX and spatial engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to deliver polished, boundary-pushing design work
- Ensure brand consistency while bringing creative flair to every project
- Manage timelines, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Explore new materials, formats, and sustainable approaches in design delivery
- Use Photoshop to touch up renders/site photos and add lighting/graphics effects when needed
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential)
- A working knowledge of AI design tools and After Effects is a plus
- Basic SketchUp or similar 3D software skills are an advantage
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to communicate ideas clearly
- A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence presenting your work
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
