Profiles Creative are working exclusively with an award-winning brand experience agency to find a new Associate Creative Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a culturally-led agency that creates standout live, digital and hybrid experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable technology, social, entertainment and lifestyle brands. The team deliver everything from exclusive product launches, high-profile marketing activations and immersive brand moments through to red carpets, festivals, creator-led campaigns and B2B/B2C audience experiences. Their work is driven by a deep understanding of culture, audience behaviour and emotional connection — creating experiences that genuinely resonate.
The Role
This is a pivotal senior hire within the business, reporting into the Creative Director and leading projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll own the day-to-day creative momentum across multiple accounts, leading teams to develop culturally relevant, strategically sound and visually exciting ideas that cut through. The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with excellent leadership skills, commercial awareness and the ability to inspire both internal teams and clients alike. They will also be genuinely plugged into culture — understanding what’s trending, what people are talking about, which memes or moments are landing, and what will truly engage audiences in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Concept Development: Interrogate, challenge and refine briefs internally and with clients; Translate strategy, audience insight and cultural trends into standout experiential ideas; Define overarching creative territories and campaign narratives; Build connected guest journeys and touchpoints across live and digital environments; Ensure all creative output remains aligned to brand, audience and cultural relevance; Lead pitch responses and new business creative development.
- Design & Visual Leadership: Set visual direction within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries; Lead design exploration, references and inspiration across each project; Write clear creative briefs for designers and wider teams; Bring new ideas, technologies and innovation into the agency; Maintain awareness of trends across design, culture, creators and experience sectors.
- Delivery & Client Leadership: Present confidently to clients, stakeholders and senior decision makers; Shape high-quality decks, storytelling and proposals; Collaborate with production and suppliers across build, graphics and technology; Ensure ideas are delivered within budget and commercially viable; Oversee multiple live projects while maintaining creative excellence.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop designers and junior creatives; Provide clear direction, feedback and support; Help foster a collaborative, ambitious and positive studio culture; Be a visible senior creative presence within the agency.

- Proven experience leading experiential / brand experience projects from brief to delivery.
- Background in Art Direction, Design, Creative Direction or Communication Design.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to turn strategy into memorable experiences.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Confident in client-facing environments and pitching ideas.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Strong knowledge of venues, suppliers and fabrication partners.
- Experience across festivals, launches, pop-ups, dinners, conferences and hybrid events.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creators and culture-led marketing.
- Naturally tuned into emerging trends, online culture and audience behaviour.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite.

- Ability to interpret CAD plans, floorplans or Vectorworks files is beneficial.
