What You’ll Do- Lead major accounts as the trusted day-to-day partner, working closely with creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Own the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns across beauty, tech, finance & more.
- Respond to briefs with bold, insight-led ideas and pitch them with confidence.
- Craft smart proposals and present compelling strategies that hook clients instantly.
- Build deep client relationships, translating their goals into seamless influencer activity.
- Oversee multiple campaigns at once, problem-solving quickly and keeping delivery flawless.
- Share clear updates, reports, and recommendations that demonstrate impact.
- Play a key role in new business and help shape standout pitch moments.
- Spot proactive growth opportunities and help scale the accounts you lead.
- Mentor and develop junior team members into confident, rounded marketers.
- 5+ years’ experience in social/influencer‑first agency client services or brand‑side roles with high‑profile accounts.
- A genuine passion for influencer & social marketing.
- Confident presenter with a track record in upselling and growing accounts.
- Strong organisation and calm, solutions‑focused thinking in fast‑moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing cross‑functional teams.
- Line‑management experience with a passion for nurturing talent.
This is a hybrid remote role, 3 days in their London office.
