They’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape the next chapter of the studio’s creative evolution. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads through design—balancing concept with precision, and energy with empathy. You’ll collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and developers, and play a key role in mentoring junior creatives and elevating the studio’s creative output.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative development of brand systems, campaigns, and digital-first design
- Create thoughtful, well-crafted visual identities that stretch across platforms and formats
- Collaborate with strategists, writers, and developers to bring brand ideas to life holistically
- Mentor and guide junior and midweight designers—supporting both their creative and professional growth
- Present confidently and clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Uphold the studio’s commitment to design excellence, from typography to motion
- Contribute actively to studio culture—bringing energy, perspective, and ambition
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in brand and visual design—agency or in-house
- A strong, versatile portfolio with identity systems, campaign work, and motion-led design
- Excellent typography, layout, and systems-thinking skills
- Experience across digital, print, and motion environments
- Strong art direction instincts and attention to detail
- Confident communicator and inspiring team collaborator
- Awareness of trends in design, culture, and visual storytelling
