Job Description
Event Designer – Luxury and Fashion – Experiential
London | £40,000 – £50,000 + incentives
We’re partnering with one of the most exciting creative agencies in the game – known for crafting bold, beautiful, and unforgettable brand experiences across luxury fashion, entertainment, beauty, and culture. Think jaw-dropping pop-ups, headline launch moments, and fashion parties that people can’t stop talking about.
With offices in London and New York and a reputation for raising the creative bar every single time, they’re now on the hunt for an Event Designer who’s ready to bring fresh ideas, killer design skills, and big-picture thinking to their growing team.
The Role
You’ll be right in the mix from day one – shaping concepts, creating pitch-winning visuals, and delivering standout projects from first sketch to final reveal. Whether it’s a sleek beauty activation, a high-profile fashion afterparty, or a blockbuster entertainment launch, you’ll know how to make it both visually stunning and strategically sharp.
This is a role for a designer who gets the magic of live experiences and knows how to bring them to life across every detail. You’ll have the freedom to push boundaries and the backing of a seriously talented team to make it happen.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Around 3+ years in an event design or experiential agency, ideally at mid-weight level.
- A portfolio packed with beautiful, strategic design work that shows your creative thinking and commercial edge.
- Confidence working on budgets from £100K to £1M+.
- Solid skills in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong 2D design and artworking skills – floorplans included.
- Bonus points if you’ve got 3D modelling chops (Vectorworks, Blender, Rhino), CAD, or Cinema 4D in your toolkit.
- A passion for luxury, but just as comfortable flexing into more commercial brands.
- Sharp cultural awareness – from fashion and beauty to entertainment and tech – with a global perspective.
Who You Are
You’re a creative thinker, a team player, and someone who’s obsessed with the details. You know how to work at pace without dropping the ball, and you’re just as happy collaborating as you are running with a project solo. You inspire those around you, present with confidence, and always push for the best possible outcome.
