The Role: You will take the lead on concept development for exhibition stands and broader event branding, collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and the in-house 2D design team. From initial idea to production-ready visuals, you will craft environments that excite and engage. This role is fully remote, but you will be required to attend an in-person team meeting at the agency’s Home Counties office once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative concepts for exhibition stands and branded spaces.
  • Translate briefs into bold, original ideas that resonate with event audiences.
  • Create technical drawings for production—experience with Vectorworks is a bonus.
  • Partner with the 2D design team to deliver cohesive, cross-platform visuals.
  • Support event branding across digital content, stage sets, signage, and printed collateral.
  • Apply brand guidelines effectively to physical and experiential design work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in exhibition and event design.
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong technical drawing and production prep skills - CAD.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your creative range and execution ability.
