Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently recruiting for a DB Pensions Administration Team Leader – based in Leeds Hybrid working Are you an experienced pensions professional ready for a role that offers real variety, visibility and responsibility?

We’re looking for an experienced Pensions Team Leader to lead a specialist team delivering some of the most important and diverse work in pensions administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine people leadership, technical pensions expertise, operational oversight and continuous improvement in a role where no two days look quite the same.

You’ll take ownership of key annual events and projects including valuations, annual benefit statements, pension increases, annual allowance statements, group life assurance activity and ad-hoc data validation work, ensuring delivery is accurate, timely and of a high standard.

Alongside managing a team, you’ll help drive performance, support development, improve processes and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and beyond.

What you’ll be doing In this role, you will: Lead, motivate and develop a team of pensions professionals to deliver against targets and service levels.
