Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are presently recruiting for an Associate Consultant hybrid working from London. Strong DB Pensions experience is essential.
Work with more senior consultants to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to establish an understanding of their needs. Complete tasks using appropriate methodology, effectively prioritising and liaising with stakeholders to ensure clients’ work is completed to the required service level and agreed deadlines are met.
Enable clients to understand any pension changes and how best to communicate these to their employees and enable scheme members to be accurately informed of their benefits by assisting with:
- drafting reports
- preparing literature using a full range of techniques
- providing clear, concise and unequivocal verbal and written guidance
Assist in the preparation of the following information, as and when required to ensure compliance is adhered to and clients are provided with detailed information in respect of their scheme:
- Newsletters
- Annual trustees’ reports
- Preparation of current issues
- Ad-hoc reports
With consultant support ensure all aspects of pension administration and clients’ schemes are compliant and governed proactively to achieve their goals, meeting legal, HMRC and pension regulatory requirements. With consultant guidance prepare for trustee meetings, attending and participating as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience and excellent knowledge of DB pensions (minimum 3 years) and investments
- Experience with spreadsheets
- Experience of drafting letters and preparing reports
- Knowledge of general consulting work
- Understanding of data manipulations
