About the Role

As a Guest Relations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive a seamless, personalised, and memorable stay. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing essential pre-arrival information, such as parking directions, reception details, tide schedules, and upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinating guest arrivals and ensuring smooth communication between staff members.
  • Delivering a warm, personalised welcome, whether in person or through a senior member of staff.
  • Managing guest interactions, including meet and greet services, luggage collection, and special requests.
  • Supporting hotel drivers in refining their communication skills to enhance guest experiences.
  • Identifying and creating guest activities with a focus on revenue generation.
