With over 40 years of experience, our beautiful doors are manufactured using a combination of advanced technology and the extensive experience of our dedicated workforce at our best-in-class manufacturing facility in Co. Who are we looking for? Someone who has:
- Proven sales managerial experience (While proven sales managerial experience is important, it is not essential to have the knowledge and experience within the door and window industry)
- Good commercial acumen as well as the ability to understand technical information.
- Clean driving licence.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop positive relations with all stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.

What does the role entail? The following list provides a glimpse into what your new role looks like - It is not necessarily exhaustive and other duties of a similar type and level may be expected from time to time:
- Develop awareness and raise our profile principally within independent window/door fabricators and installers, trade counters and retail showrooms.
- Identification of projects and sales opportunities within each account.
- Build a database of key decision-maker contacts.
- Profiling and categorisation of accounts to focus on key accounts.
- Promotion of our composite doors by building strong customer relationships, training, effective lead utilization and conversion, account development, attendance of trade exhibitions and through presentation of CPD seminars.
- Provision and management of supplied marketing and specification material.
- Arranging and hosting customer visits to our facilities.
- Management of sales pipeline in CRM database.
- Effective territory planning and lead generation.
- Overnight stays would be essential on certain occasions.
