The Role As their Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic social media strategies across three brands. Your role will focus on creating captivating content, driving engagement, and boosting brand visibility. Campaigns & Competitions: Develop and oversee social media campaigns and competitions that captivate their audience and drive growth. Trends & Innovation: Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital technologies. Report monthly on new trends and apply them to strengthen their brands. Customer Interaction: Monitor social media interactions, responding to customer comments, and maintaining a positive brand image. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Regularly analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to optimise performance. Community Engagement: Engage with online communities to build brand passion and increase recognition. Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with other departments to develop impactful, consistent social media content.
