Profile 29 is seeking an IT Administrator to strengthen our Microsoft 365 capability and support a hybrid AD/Entra ID environment. The role focuses on delivering 1st to 3rd line IT support, managing licences, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding workflows.
You will be based onsite in Debden (IG10), with a rota for out-of-hours support and a strong emphasis on security and process documentation. Experience with Intune, SharePoint Online, and ITIL practices is highly desirable.
