Summary

They're looking for someone who enjoys marketing as a craft. Someone who understands the fundamentals, takes pride in their work, and is excited by the opportunity to keep learning. They're not expecting someone to know everything on day one. What matters most is a strong foundation, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership and continually improve. They're enthusiastic about AI and the opportunities it creates, but they believe great marketers are built on strong fundamentals first. If AI disappeared tomorrow, you'd still know how to write, analyse, optimise and create. The tools may change, but the craft remains the same.
