We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee multiple residential projects from planning through to completion.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, coordinating site teams, liaising with clients and consultants, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and site progress
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
