The predicted salary is between 21600 - 28800 £ per year.

Part time. Your required hours of work are 24 hours per week. The business operations are Mon-Thurs, 9am - 9pm. Location: Wembley and Kingsbury Campuses. Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (pro rata for 24 hours/week over three days, based on a full-time equivalent of £45,000), depending on skills and experience. Hours of work: Saturday and Sunday teaching on our Campus with an additional day in the week. Start Date: August or September 2025.

The Role

As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across a range of business modules. You'll support students both in person and online, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and be involved in scholarship and continuous curriculum improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with curriculum standards
  • Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms
  • Set, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments and exams
  • Support students academically and pastorally, including those with learning support needs
  • Engage with quality assurance processes, contribute to module and programme evaluations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
  • Lead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers where applicable

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant business-related field
  • Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes
  • A flexible, student-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Willingness to work towards HEA Fellowship (if not already held)

Desirable:

  • PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience
  • Research or enterprise activity involvement
  • Teaching qualification
  • Experience leading modules or academic teams
