Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) is among the small group of business schools with an established reputation for excellence in both business research and education.

Responsibilities
The role involves coordinating research project activities with internal and external partners, conducting literature reviews, applying for research funding, and managing research plans.
Additional duties include data collection, analysis, summarizing findings, and disseminating research through publications and presentations. Up to 20% of the role may involve teaching support.
Person Specification
The candidate should hold a PhD in Finance or a related field, demonstrate independent research skills, and have interests aligned with one of the Faculty’s Research Centres. The role requires a motivated individual who can contribute to our research community and support strategic goals.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including project management, are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly are also required.
