- Recruit and train volunteers to effectively support the musical and/or vocal elements of the Protestant Contemporary Service. This includes recruiting and maintaining an appropriate number of talented volunteers to ensure proper rotation based on availability, avoiding burnout, and fielding a full band for each service unless otherwise directed by the Lead Protestant Chaplain.
- The individual must also personally conduct a rehearsal during the week before each service at a time that maximizes participation and maintain appropriate records for volunteers supporting the Protestant Contemporary Service music program.
