What we’d expect from you:
- In a Front of House Manager we want an energetic, people‑focused leader to lead our guest experience in a fast‑paced competitive socialising environment.
- You’ll be the face of the venue, ensuring seamless service across the bar, floor, and games areas while driving team performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world‑class guest experience that blends hospitality with entertainment.
- Be highly visible on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving issues, and creating memorable moments.
- Manage guest flow during peak times, ensuring smooth check‑ins, table allocations, and activity scheduling.
- Monitor feedback channels (online reviews, guest surveys) and implement improvements.
- Lead, motivate, and coach FOH team members (hosts, servers, gaming hosts).
- Deliver training on service standards, product knowledge, and upselling.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and cross‑selling activities.
- Monitor key FOH KPIs.
- Act as the senior manager on duty, taking ownership of the venue’s overall performance during shifts.
- Lead pre‑shift briefings to set expectations and communicate priorities across all departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between FOH, bar, kitchen, and activity areas to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Job specifics:
- 45hr working week across 5 shifts
- It is expected that you will be available to work weekends and public holidays
- Expected to have a reliable commute to work
- Managing a large team of up to 50 staff members
- Reporting KPI’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Area Operations Manager
- Liaising with all departments of the Professionals At Play business including: marketing, sales, finance, operations and maintenance.
