We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands‑on role that sits at the heart of our marketing function, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, ensuring marketing activity is delivered on time, and helping create engaging content that supports our brand. No two days are the same‑you’ll work across campaign planning, content creation, events, reporting, supplier coordination and marketing operations, giving you exposure to every aspect of a busy marketing department.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, has excellent attention to detail, loves ticking things off a checklist, and wants to build a broad career in marketing and make an impact on our fast growing sporting entity.
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, this role is based at our London HQ.
Key Role Responsibilities
Content & Copy Writing
- Write engaging copy for emails, social media, websites, brochures and other marketing materials.
- Proofread content to ensure consistency, accuracy and brand tone of voice.
- Assist with creating presentations, case studies and sales collateral.
- Support the management of the content calendar.
Marketing Operations & Digital Support
- Maintain marketing trackers, dashboards, campaign reports and project management tools.
- Keep marketing calendars, digital assets and website content up to date.
- Coordinate and schedule blog activity and other digital content.
- Support SEO initiatives, website optimisation projects and basic image editing or content formatting.
- Monitor campaign performance and help compile regular marketing reports.
Marketing Administration, Events & Logistics
- Coordinate marketing materials for events across the marketing function.
- Order branded merchandise, printed materials and promotional items, managing stock levels where required.
- Liaise with suppliers, printers and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and track marketing budgets and expenditure.
- Organise meetings, maintain marketing documentation and ensure all campaign records are accurate and up to date.
Campaign & Marketing Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Assist with the delivery of event launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to gather assets and information required for campaigns.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing assistant or executive role.
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using WordPress and major social media platforms.
- Experience managing influencers and community programmes.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and representing the brand externally.
- Flexible and positive attitude – able to thrive in a fast-moving, global organisation.
- Willingness to support weekend events and international campaigns.
