We’re now looking for a commercially minded and highly collaborative FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in connecting our Events Operations with Finance. This person will help us track performance, model future scenarios, and turn data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across our global events calendar. You’ll act as the bridge between our event delivery teams and the finance function – supporting budgeting, forecasting, post‑event analysis, and business case modelling. Your work will directly inform how we plan, deliver, and grow our event portfolio. This role reports directly to our Finance Manager, based at our London HQ.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering
    • Act as the primary finance partner, collaborating across teams to provide clarity, structure, and support on all financial matters, driving strategic decision‑making and performance.
    • Support event planning with budget ownership, scenario modelling, and cash flow visibility.
    • Attend regular planning and debrief sessions with Ops to understand financial impact of decisions and help shape resourcing.
  • Budget & Rolling Forecast
    • Lead monthly re‑forecasting of event costs in partnership with Event Leads, providing rolling forecasts.
