The T100 Triathlon World Tour is looking for a Junior Event Operations Designer to support the design and execution of live triathlon events around the world. This role is ideal for someone eager to build experience in the live events and sporting industry, with a strong interest in branding and design for physical environments. You’ll help create key branded assets produced onsite and work closely with Event Managers and internal teams to bring creative ideas to life. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone organised, curious, and excited to learn how major sporting events come together. This role reports to our Director of Experience (T100).

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Design and create event operations assets, including (but not limited to): Branding on event infrastructure, scrims, signage, and wayfinding, backdrops and photo moments, LED screen assets and digital visuals.
  • Develop creative concepts and support Event and Competition Managers with design ideas based on venue layouts and sport flows.
  • Adapt designs quickly in response to real-time operational needs.
  • Manage and prioritise design tasks using project management tools (ClickUp).
  • Occasional travel to events to provide onsite support, including last minute design updates where assisting with event setup, live execution, and breakdown is required.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in branding, event design, or graphic design, with a strong interest in print design.
  • Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
  • Experience using Google Workspace and/or project management software.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of event operations and logistics (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Ability to remain calm and flexible in fast paced, live environments.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends during event periods.
  • Previous onsite event experience (internships, volunteer roles, student events) but not essential.
  • Interest in experiential design, live production, or branding sporting events.
