We are looking for a passionate Teacher of Sport to join our team on a maternity cover basis, delivering high-quality teaching, supporting student achievement and progression across a range of sports disciplines.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in creating inclusive and dynamic learning experiences, engaging, challenging and inspiring students. About You

You are an enthusiastic and motivated professional with a background in coaching, and ideally experience in sports massage therapy. You can teach across a range of sports disciplines and possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, or Professional Diploma in Teaching) and a relevant Level 4 subject qualification or advanced craft qualification. You are confident in IT, including Microsoft Office, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development. Experience in sports performance and additional IT qualifications would be advantageous.

  • Recognised teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, Professional Diploma in Teaching)
  • Level 4 subject qualification or advanced craft qualification
  • Experience in coaching across multiple sports disciplines
  • Experience in sports massage therapy (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to undertake CPD
