Your Role as a Level 4 Early Years Educator Apprentice:
- Planning, leading, and evaluating high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff or Level 2/3 apprentices, where appropriate
- Acting as a key person for a group of children, including observations, assessments, and next steps
- Contributing to learning journals and monitoring children's progress and development
