Role Overview – What You’ll Do
As a Level 3 Apprentice, you will be an active member of the nursery team, working directly with children and contributing to their care, learning, and daily routines.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting children’s daily care needs, including nappy changing, toileting, dressing, and feeding

Helping to deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning, language, and social development

Encouraging play, exploration, and creativity through structured and free-flow sessions

Assisting with meal preparation, hygiene routines, and maintaining a safe and clean environment

Contributing to observations and developmental records under guidance from senior staff

Following nursery policies on safeguarding, behaviour management, and health & safety
