You\βll gain practical, hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification in a setting that promotes learning through structured play and routine.About Enchanted Lands Nursery Enchanted Lands is a private nursery offering high-quality, full-day childcare for children aged 0 to 5 years. Located in Kingsbury, the nursery provides a calm, structured, and engaging environment where children\βs learning and development are supported through well-planned routines and activities. The team is committed to safeguarding, early education, and fostering positive outcomes for all children.Key Responsibilities As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will:Support children aged 0β5 through daily routines in a structured nursery environment.Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities that support children\βs development across the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).Carry out observations and assessments, helping to track each child\βs progress and development.Maintain accurate records and contribute to children\βs learning journeys.Promote a safe and secure environment by following safeguarding procedures at all times.Support with mealtimes, hygiene routines, and personal care, promoting independence.Work collaboratively with nursery staff to uphold high standards of care and education.Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child\βs individual needs.Training and Qualification Details You will work toward achieving the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification through Professional Training Solutions.Training includes a blend of on-the-job experience, dedicated study time, and online learning.A dedicated tutor and a workplace mentor will guide and support your development throughout the programme.If you do not already hold Level 2 English and Maths, you may be required to complete Functional Skills qualifications during the apprenticeship.Entry Requirements A Level 2 childcare qualification is preferred but not mandatory.A genuine interest in early childhood development.Good communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Willingness to learn and work as part of a team in a professional setting.What You\βll Gain A nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.Valuable, practical experience in a professional childcare setting.A supportive learning environment with guidance from experienced practitioners.The opportunity to develop confidence, knowledge, and skills in all areas of early years education.The possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.Progression Opportunities Successful apprentices may be offered a permanent full-time role within the nursery upon completion.
